Bad acoustics is a big problem in many homes but our acoustical panels help removing the reverberation and create a great acoustical environment that ensures your wellbeing. Sound moves in waves and when these waves hit hard surfaces they reflect right back in the room making you hear the same sound several times (echo). But when the sound waves hit the panels the waves are absorbed in the felt and it eliminated the reverberation. The Akupanel can be used for creating beautful slat walls and ceilings which adds a modern look to the room. The panel is sound dampening and removes reverberation within the room, which drastically improves the acoustics within the room. The panels is made from sustainable materials. The acoustical felt is made from recycled plastic (primarely plastic bottles), and the slats are made from MDF with a veneer surface.
